Shall we get acquainted? My name is Olga. I'm a certified practicing psychotherapist, psychologist, suicidologist.

I have been conducting individual and group counseling for more than 20 years. Since 2008 I have been conducting online consultations and group trainings via Skype. I also lead short-term and long-term individual and group psychotherapy.

In my work, I prefer individual approach to each client. I use techniques and concepts from different areas of psychotherapy, matching them to your psychological characteristics and needs.

Why is it this way, without templates? I believe that each of us was born to be happy, and if, for some reason, he or she does not succeed, then it is necessary to change the situation. Patience and waiting for things to get better someday is not an option, because we will never live yesterday again. But we can make our own today and tomorrow. Sometimes we lack strength and knowledge, and I can help you find the necessary strength and share the necessary knowledge.

But everyone's life is different, unique and unrepeatable, that's why there are no templates, no advice, no snot, no give and take, no nodding your head to the beat of your story. Neither you nor I have time for that.

1999 - 2004 - Faculty of Psychology, KIRUE, specialty "Practical Psychologist" (Kropivnitsky, Ukraine).
2005 - 2009 - postgraduate study at I.I.Mechnikov ONU, specialty "Medical Psychology" (Odessa, Ukraine).
2005 - 2007 - research courses "Suicidology and Medical Psychology", Karolinska Institute (Stockholm, Sweden - Odessa, Ukraine).
Also more than 20 specialized programs to enhance professional skills and qualifications.

Work Experience:

I became interested in psychology at school, so the choice of my future profession was decided once and for all.

• В 2002Being still a student, I got a job in "Kirovograd Regional Center for Children and Youth Creativity" as a child psychologist, where I worked until 2005.
• В 2005 I took part in a worldwide research project supported by WHO Regional Office for Europe and the National Center for Suicide Research and Prevention (NASP) (Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden), which was conducted in all countries of Europe and Asia. My duties included collecting genetic materials and conducting primary psychological analysis of suicides throughout Kirovograd region. Also, conducting lectures and trainings in various educational institutions in order to prevent and prevent suicides.
• В 2007 I founded the "Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of the Population" (CSPRN) to provide psychological assistance and counseling to people in difficult life situations.
• В 2008 In order to expand the list of services and transition to modern, author's methods of work, I opened the "Author's Psychological Center "Alter-Ego", our specialists are among the first in the region began to conduct online psychological consultations and trainings.
