Welcome to my personal website. My name is Olga Nedelkova and I am a coach, psychologist, psychotherapist, suicidologist. I have been working in this field for more than 17 years, as a student I started practicing and working with various psychological problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  5. Before your first counseling session, you have FREE 15 MINUTES<\/strong><\/span> to get acquainted and clarify other questions not related to your psychological problem. Or if you have doubts or want to ask any questions before the beginning of therapy, you can take them separately long before the consultation. As a rule, such practice helps to make decisions about therapy, to feel (decide) \"whether I am your psychotherapist\" and to be sure of the correctness of your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    As a general rule, for 1-2 consultations<\/span><\/strong>my clients have already turn out positive<\/span>,<\/strong> unless their situation is complex and requires long-term psychotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What does it take to work with a psychologist online?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • A comfortable place where you will not be disturbed during the entire counseling session. It can be a bed, your favorite couch, a lonely bench in the park, a desk, etc. The main thing is that you should feel calm and relaxed there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Laptop, desktop computer, tablet or even a regular cell phone with a program installed for our communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good internet, sufficient for reliable communication. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Headset (headphones and microphone), webcam (if necessary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pen and notepad for taking notes (if needed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • AND GENERAL!<\/span><\/strong> Test all equipment and internet to make sure it is working properly before the counseling session begins. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Force majeure and other organizational issues.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • I practice counseling sessions that are 1 and up to 2 hours in length.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • But more often than not. 1.5 h (90 min)<\/strong> From personal experience, this is the most effective duration for online counseling. As a rule, an hour is not enough time for in-depth work, and closer to two hours the clients start to get tired and the effectiveness drops sharply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • What is the minimum number of consultations necessary to solve your problem, you will be able to understand only after the first working session. As a rule, 1-2 one and a half hour consultations are enough to get results in simple situations. In any case, you can pause or refuse further work with me at any time. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If you know that you have a complex situation that requires a long working through, you can order a package of 10 sessions of 1.5 hours each, which will be discounted. It is optimal to meet 1-2 times a week, but everything is individual, there were cases when clients worked through their problem quickly and effectively working with me almost every day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Online consultations with a psychologist are paid at least one day in advance. If it is necessary to reschedule an agreed consultation, it is also advisable to do so one day before the appointed date, so that I can adjust my schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In the presence of force majeure<\/strong> the counseling session will be rescheduled without penalty. Force Majeure - unforeseeable, extraordinary, and other events or circumstances of force majeure that are beyond the control of the parties and cannot be foreseen, prevented, or eliminated, such as an accident, emergency hospitalization, or natural disaster.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In case of lateness, the paid consultation is reduced by the time of delay. If the time delay exceeds half of the consultation, the meeting is considered to be disrupted and the payment for the consultation is not refunded. Therefore, please plan your time carefully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If the delay is on my end, the consultation may be rescheduled or time-shifted to accommodate possible windows in your and my work schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
