Our training provides participants with the skills to recognize the lies that are almost always present during business negotiations;

I teach all training participants to check the truthfulness of their opponent's words using psychological methods;

During the training, you gain the skills to predict what your opponent intends to do;

Through the class, you will have access to methods to verify lies quickly and safely.

I teach you to make a psychological, emotional and behavioral portrait of the interlocutor, to read non-verbal signals. You get the ability to automatically read hidden emotions, because the voice and facial expressions still give away lies.

And you also create your own communication strategy where partners and subordinates won't notice your insincerity.

Audience

The training is designed for top-level managers, owners of their own business, representatives of authorities and controlling structures, all people who want to build relationships with a partner and be confident in his sincerity.

The knowledge I reveal in this training is useful:

managers, whose duties include communicating with suppliers, making decisions regarding the granting of loans or, conversely, negotiating the granting of a loan to the enterprise,

to job seekers who are looking for a high-paying job,

people who have to make decisions in the face of a lack of reliable information.

The two-day training is designed for 16 academic hours.

The training program includes:

1. Introduction to the psychology of lying. Lying as an inevitable component of our life.

2. Motivation for lying. Lying for salvation and for self-interest.

3. study the technology of safe negotiation and planning a lie-free business communication.

4. studying the technology of profiling - the science of drawing up a psychological portrait of the subject of negotiations. Information about a person is drawn from business correspondence, photographs, telephone conversations, personal impressions of the meeting, social networks. Considerable attention is paid to analyzing non-verbal signs and determining the basic characteristics and goals of a person based on the results obtained.

5. Develop a lie verification strategy for your own needs. You will be able to manage your interlocutor's emotions through conversation and bring him or her to the surface at every attempt to lie.

6. Develop your own role strategies when communicating with different interlocutors and in different situations.

7. Regulating access to the truth - how to preserve trade secrets?

8. Laws of Leadership. Why can't the truth be available to everyone?

One-third of the training time is devoted to learning the theory of lying, two-thirds to practical exercises, which will be conducted both individually and in groups.

In particular, the exercises "Asian Money", "Customs", "Description with the introduction of non-existent", "Eye Access Signals", as well as the games "Yacht" and "Mafia" will be used.

Audio and video materials will be used during the work.

The schedule is two days from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Two coffee breaks are provided each day during the training.
