Financial/Payment Data: are processed by the payment providers;
Technical Data: IP address, browser headers, pages and events on the site, cookies, referrer, device IDs.
Communications: e-mail/forms/messengers, consent logs.

You provide data directly (forms, correspondence, calls).
Automatically when you visit the site (cookies, server logs, analytics).
From third parties - only if you explicitly connect them (e.g., recording via calendar/payment/messenger).

Providing psychological counseling services online (preparation, recording, conducting, follow-up).
Legal grounds: contractual performance/pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for health data - for health data explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)) and/or the provision of health care services by a person under a duty of confidentiality (Art. 9(2)(h)).
Communication on your requests (responses, postponement of consultations, reminders). Grounds: Legitimate interest/contract.
Billing and Accounting. Basis: legal obligation/contract, contract of offer.
Ensuring the security and functioning of the site (protection against abuse, logging). Ground: legitimate interest.
Traffic analytics and content improvement (Google Analytics 4/Tag Manager in the mode without transferring unnecessary identifiers). Basis: consent to cookies (where required) and legitimate interest (strictly necessary cookies).
Marketing mailings do not apply.

We're using:

Correspondence data: up to 3 years after last interaction or longer if required by accounting/tax laws.
Health data (if counseling records are kept): kept for the minimum period necessary for the purpose of the service and in accordance with professional standards/law; or other period if required by mandatory regulations.
Financial documents: as required by accounting/tax legislation.
Cookie/technical logs: from 1 day to 26 months (depends on the type and analytics settings).

After the deadlines expire, the data is deleted.

9. Safety

We apply organizational and technical measures: traffic encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access control, minimization of collected data, backups, processing agreements with contractors. No method guarantees absolute protection, but we strive to maintain an adequate risk profile.

Publication of testimonials/cases is possible only with your separate consent. By default, we anonymize your referral history and do not disclose personal information.

14. Use of AI

We're do not use clients' personal data (including correspondence and counseling records) to train AI models without your separate express consent. Open Content published on the Site may be indexed by AI systems under our License, but customer personal data is not considered Open Content.

15. Legal grounds under EU law

Processing is carried out in accordance with the EU Personal Data Protection Act and related acts. We prioritize compliance with GDPR standards for EU/EEA users.
